What are Squaredy Cats

Every Squaredy Cat has its own theme and plays off the phrase "scaredy cat,” but because these cats are square-shaped, they're called Squaredy Cats. The fun and whimsical Squaredy Cats characters are each embroidered with their own personal statement of self-expression.

Squaredy Cats debuted at New York Toy Fair 2011. Their online fan base, close to 15,000 strong on Facebook, has been clamoring for more. With 12 plush characters already on store shelves collectibility is high. Four cats have already been retired, and three new characters are being introduced at NYC Toy Fair.

The first series of eight cats was released in March of 2011:

Midnight (not squared of the DARK), Candie (not squared to BE SWEET), Giggles (not squared to ACT SILLY), Tiger Lily (not squared to GO WILD), Shimmer (not squared to SHINE), Cheeri (not squared to SHOW SPIRIT), Honey (not squared to BEE SMART), and Gigi (not squared to DANCE).

The second series was released in October, 2011:

Midnight, Candie, Giggles, and Tiger Lily returned; and we introduced Pearl, (not squared to SMILE), Scarlett, (not squared to BUG YOU), Star (not squared to SHINE), Sandy (not squared to MAKE WAVES).

In February, 2012 we introduce our newest Squaredy Cats:

Dazzle (not squared of the SPOTLIGHT), Coolette (not squared to BE HIP), and by popular demand — the highly anticipated Zanie (not squared to be UNIQUE).
